As of June 16th, 2021, Governor Inslee and the Washington Department of Health for King County have imposed the following Phase 3 guidelines for public spaces as it relates to COVID-19.
Here’s what you can expect for your upcoming rental:
The maximum indoor capacity for any one event is 50 (fifty) people. Members of the same household can gather together, but should maintain 6 feet social distance from other non-household members where possible. Masks are to be worn at all times while in the Southside Commons building.
Attendance logs will be provided for guests to provide their name and contact phone number. This can be done in groups of family. This log is kept and referred to only in the event of a COVID 19 outbreak and for informational purposes only.
At this time, there is no use of the Southside Commons kitchen, basement or upper loft. Outside food and beverages are allowed in the building. Areas blocked by black security gates are not to be entered. The main level restroom adjacent to the auditorium and the basement restroom are available for use during events. All guests should enter through the front big red doors and remain on the main floor of the auditorium.
There will be a $75 cleaning fee added to all rental agreements, to be used for the mandatory cleaning and sanitation of the building as it relates to COVID.
